Callaway Fields Guarantee Policy

Trees and shrubs have a 1-year warranty when purchased at full price. Any discounts taken will void the 1-year warranty. Trees and shrubs can only be replaced once and replacement plants carry no warranty. The customer may opt out of the 1-year warranty and receive 20% off the full price.

In order for Callaway Fields to replace a tree or shrub the customer must present both the original register receipt and the defective plant. No Exceptions.

Guarantee does not cover:

Mechanical injury - ie…damage caused by lawn mower, weed-trimmers, etc

Customer neglect - ie…improper watering practices, etc.

Weather damage - ie…ice, wind, flood, or drought, etc.

Animal damage – ie…deer/rodent damage, etc.

Currently there is no guarantee on annuals, hanging baskets, perennials, roses, crape myrtles, mums, and garden store products.
